Culture
Laerskool Laeveld gives learners the opportunity to participate in a variety of cultural activities. These include the following:
The Eisteddfod offers our learners, Afrikaans as well as English, the ideal opportunity to reach their full potential. This creates a stage on which learners confidently perform in front of an audience. It also promotes concentration and self-discipline. Learners are exposed to the little gems in literature, and get "food for the soul". Learners can, according to their ability, participate in a wide variety of sections e.g. ordinary and dramatized poetry and prose, as well as group items such as speaking choirs, experimental pieces, duo and trio presentations, conversations and monologues. Laerskool Laeveld has been playing a leading role in the Eisteddfod for many years. With a group of enthusiastic teachers, excellent coaches and excited learners, Laerskool Laeveld still reaches great heights every year. We are a truly prestigious A ++ school.

CHOIR
Laerskool Laeveld strives to develop a lifelong love of music and singing under our learners through choir singing. Choir also teaches our learners to develop perseverance and work with dedication as a team. Laerskool Laeveld has two choirs - the Junior Choir as well as Senior Choir. Both choirs perform during school functions as well as at the annual Eisteddfod.
